The on-going training of our team members at all levels enables us to develop professional and personal skills as well as keep a happy and motivated team.
Each team member has a detailed job description outlining their responsibilities – they are paired with a line manager and mentor to help put a personal development plan in place. Appraisals take place at least every six months – to ensure we hear our team’s views and address any issues.
